Beginners Course Bookings  

Beginners Pilates Courses 

 

These are progressive courses where you learn new skills each week so please ensure that you can attend all dates before booking.

Once you have completed your course you can attend the studio at Improver or Clinical Level.

We hope that your follow on course will run at the same day and time each week.

Please Note:

Payment for the sessions are due in advance.  

48 hours notice of cancellation required for a full refund. If cancelling with less than 48 hours notice and we can fill your space from the waitlist then we will provide a full refund.

There are 10 spaces available in Mat Classes and 5 spaces available in Reformer Sessions

Please bring water to drink and wear comfortable clothing for exercising.

You do not need any further equipment.

When you have completed your Beginners Course/Workshop if you need to move to a different day/time then please let us know.

Regular ongoing classes are £12.50 each paid in blocks of 10 via our online booking system.

ClassSwap allows you to swap into and out of classes when you're unable to make your regular class.

 

If you have any doubts about your suitability for group classes or feel you would benefit from private sessions please contact the studio.

Beginners Mat Course:

 

These are general Pilates starter sessions and are aimed at those with no particular movement issues. Each session we aim to progress through the beginners program of pilates exercises.

At the end you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of core stability and a greater appreciation of how Pilates might benefit you by giving you a wider understanding of your own posture and any weaknesses present. 

 

Maximum of 10 participants

Beginners Reformer Course :

 

These are Reformer based Pilates starter sessions and are aimed at those with no particular movement issues. In each session we aim to progress through the beginners program of Pilates mat exercises and start to learn their application to The Reformer

After this 5 week introduction course you will have learned the basic safety features of and have a foundational understanding of how the Reformer will help you create a fitter and stronger you.
