Reformer Beginner Courses

Welcome to your 5 week introduction course to Pilates and the Reformer. Expect to learn basic Mat based exercises and their application to The Reformer in order for you to gain a good understanding of the technique and to work safely on our Reformers.

This class is for five participants only and you will need to attend all of these sessions in order to continue to

Improver Level Reformer Sessions.

Please do not book if you know you will miss any sessions.
Following this course we expect that the class will evolve into Improver Level Reformer 

Beginner Clincal Mat Course

This introduction to pilates gives you mastery over the basic foundation exercises in Pilates. You will be learning Mat based exercises and gaining an understanding of your own posture and any areas that you may need to specifically focus on.

The class has a maximum of five participants which gives you the perfect  opportunity to learn the technique correctly. Pilates is all about the precision of each movement and you will learn to focus your attention to the details while gaining insight and hopefully having some fun too!

Please Note: 

Payment for the sessions are due in advance.  

48 hours notice of cancellation required for a full refund. If cancelling with less than 48 hours notice and we can fill your space from the waitlist then we will provide a full refund.

There are 10 spaces available in Mat Classes and 5 places in Reformer Sessions & Clinical Mat Courses

Please bring water to drink and wear comfortable clothing for exercising.

You do not need any further equipment.

When you have completed your Beginners Course if you need to move to a different day/time after then please let us know.

Regular ongoing classes are £13 each for Mat Classes booked in blocks of 10.

£22 each for Reformer Sessions booked in blocks of 5.

Our online booking system ClassSwap allows you to swap into and out of classes when you're absent.

Where to Find Us:

The studio is located off Deal High St.

The red street door will be pinned open and is between Le Pinardier and Will & Yates.

Please find us at the bottom of the short passage.

Please bring any supplementary medical forms with you when you attend your first session.

Please wear comfortable clothing for exercising:

Leggings/shorts/jogging bottoms - no trousers/belts please.

Please wear socks, no shoes are allowed in the studio.
